Booking/Reservation Conditions

1. Group Booking Details
   We are a small venue with a seating capacity of 62 and are happy to rearrange our layout to accommodate group bookings for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner. Additional experiences, such as fresh floral arrangements, art classes with local artists, specific banquet menus, or speciality cocktails, can be arranged upon request.

2. Peak Dining Period Deposits
   For group bookings during peak dining periods (Friday & Saturday 5pm – 8.30pm; Saturday & Sunday 7am – 2pm), we require a small deposit of $10 per person. This deposit is fully refundable if your group attends as booked, or if you contact us in advance to adjust your booking. If fewer guests attend without prior notice, the deposit for the missing guests will be retained.

3. Booking Confirmation
   Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of any required deposits and confirmation from The Citrus Club. Please review your confirmation email to ensure all details are correct.

4. Cancellation Policy
   Cancellations should be made in advance to avoid forfeiture of deposits. Deposits will be refunded in full if you notify us in advance of changes to your booking.

5. Arrival and Late Policy
   We ask that you arrive on time for your reservation. If you anticipate a delay, please contact us as soon as possible, as your reservation may be released after a grace period.

6. Guest Conduct
   Guests are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with our venue’s guidelines. Disorderly behaviour may result in removal from the premises or cancellation of the booking without refund.
